  • Account & Authentication: When signing in with Google OAuth 2.0, we only access public profile information (Google User ID, display name, email address, and avatar image URL) to verify your learner identity and maintain sessions. We never access your Google password or personal contacts.
  • Real-Time Voice & Dialogue Data: To provide ultra-low-latency, human-like voice communication, microphone audio streams during calls are securely transmitted over WebRTC / TLS encrypted voice channels to our dedicated speech recognition and natural language engines.
  • Learning Profile & Spoken Progress: Includes oral proficiency levels, tone difficulty statistics, vocabulary mastery status, learning goals, and conversation preferences. This data is used solely to provide personalized tutoring with Teacher Xiaoyu.
  • Subscription & Usage Data: We record call session durations, remaining trial or subscription minutes, and session logs. Paid subscriptions are currently in preparation; during our public trial phase, all users receive a free 10-minute trial without credit card binding.
🔒 Voice Data Pledge:
We never sell learners' spoken audio recordings or biometric voiceprints to third-party data brokers or advertising platforms. Call recordings and transcripts are accessible only by the authenticated learner for post-call review and vocabulary extraction.

We process collected data exclusively for core educational and service delivery purposes:

  • Delivering interactive, low-latency spoken Chinese practice with natural interruption handling;
  • Generating post-call review summaries, phrasing recommendations, and teacher voice notes;
  • Calculating review intervals for newly practiced vocabulary;
  • Tracking remaining call minutes and ensuring secure system operations;
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, and maintaining service reliability.

We work only with vetted, enterprise-grade service providers:

  • Authentication: Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0) for secure login;
  • Infrastructure & Network: Cloudflare (Anycast CDN, DDoS protection) and dedicated secure TURN/STUN relays for end-to-end media connectivity;
  • Analytics & Telephony: Proprietary speech and language processing clusters operating under strict confidentiality.

We implement strict data protection measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, isolated database storage with WAL journaling, and least-privilege credential management. Because our users are located worldwide, data may be processed on secure cloud servers complying with international data protection standards.

  • 使用配额与会话数据：我们记录学员的通话时长、剩余体验分钟数及复盘报告。目前平台处于公开体验阶段，已登录用户可免费体验 10 分钟，无需绑定信用卡。付费订阅暂未开放。
🔒 语音数据特别承诺:
我们不会将学员的真实通话录音或生物语音特征出售给任何第三方数据经纪商或广告商。所有通话录音及转写文本仅在学员授权登录下可见，用于课后复盘与表达提升。

我们收集和使用上述信息仅用于以下核心教育服务目的：

  • 提供全双工、低延迟的中文口语电话实战教学，模拟真实生活对话与自然打断插话；
  • 自适应规划个性化生词与复习建议；
  • 课后生成专属学情总结报告与 30 秒语音寄语；
  • 核算学员账户通话剩余分钟数，维护学习权益；
  • 防范恶意攻击、欺诈滥用与保障系统稳定运行。

4. 数据共享与第三方处理机构

我们严格限制第三方数据处理：
