Is it free to upgrade my application if I had a professional version?
Yes, it is free to upgrade.  Please follow instructions in the first email that I sent you to upgrade.

Can I upgrade my application if I have the Lite version?
No, you can't upgrade your application if you're using Lite version.  But you can always download the new version at the main page.

How do I upgrade?
All applications come with "Upgrade" menu on the top.  To upgrade your application click on the "Upgrade" menu and it will redirected to an upgrade link.   Remembered Lite version does not come with Upgrade, so basically if you want to upgrade the lite version, you have to download the new one at the main page.  If you are using the Professional version and want to know the latest version.  On the top of your application you will see something like "... Professional v1.x"  or something like that, after you click on the Upgrade link.  You will see your application listed, if you see the version is greater than the one that you currently owned then input your serial number in the serial box then click SUBMIT.  Download the new upgrade program and install it, then you should be okay.
